The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to train stations and tourist attractions. It is only a few stations away from Alexanderplatz and Potsdamer Platz, and the closest station, Spittelmarkt, is just across the street. This makes it a great base to explore the city and visit popular places like the Nicolai district. the rooms are nice, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. there is a good Vietnamese restaurant downstairs to satisfy your cravings.

One negative aspect is that the hotel lacks cleanliness, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. Not only were the rooms dirty, but the walls throughout the hotel were also filthy.

Room space, location

Climb up and down stairs with lugage as this was the only way to get to the room I got; had to wait for someone to open the closed hotel entrance (!) for long minutes in one freezing night; booked my reservation with an american express card and during the check out, with no previous notice, I was told the aa is not accepted, if was in a hurry that would be a serious problem as I had to go after a automatic teller and took me precious time

Good location as it was close to important tourist spots. parking was free on Sundays, which was a bonus. the room was okay, clean and quite spacious. There was a Vietnamese restaurant within the hotel that served decent food.

The hotel was not pleasant for an Easter break due to a somewhat stale atmosphere. the hotel lacked a friendly vibe from the staff who came across as quite distant and unapproachable.

Came back late and couldnt get in. Was lucky that a chef happened to walk passed. There was just a note on door saying call number - but we didnt have a phone that worked in Berlin.

Courteous and helpful staff. Rooms clean and satisfactory. Excellent location - close to city sights and restaurants. Hotel also has a very good Vietnamese restaurant. Well priced for a mitte hotel.

It is difficult to access some of the rooms on the 2nd floor.

Good location, near the south of the Museumsinsel and 30 minutes walking to the Brandenburger Tor, and in front of a U-bahn station.

The zone of the hotel in the night can be dark and lonely.

We had problem wit the temperature at the room. It was very, very hot. The personal were trying to fix it byt they didn´t succeed very well.
